Public Forum in Fredericksburg on Policy Positions of Presidential Candidates

From The Freelance-Star:

As of now, none of the Democratic presidential candidates are scheduled to visit Fredericksburg before the March 3 presidential primary.

But local voters can still learn about the policy positions of four of the candidates at a free public forum Thursday, Feb. 27, from 6:30–8:45 p.m. at the downtown library branch.

Sponsored by Fredericksburg-area supporters of Sens. Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren and Mayor Pete Buttigieg, the forum will bring together speakers representing Sanders, Buttigieg, Warren and former Vice President Joe Biden. The event is co-sponsored by a variety of local organizations.

August 25 – Spanberger Campaign Office Opens in Orange

The Spanberger for Congress campaign will open an office in Orange on Saturday, August 25 at 2:00 pm. Please join Abigail and other members of the team for the opening. Everyone should be engaged in the remaining days of the campaign. There is a job for each of us – canvassing, phone banking, post card writing, staffing the campaign office, providing campaign office supplies, financial contributions…and more.  The Orange office is the same location as was used by the Dan Ward and Ben Hixon campaigns – on Chapman Street behind The Light Well restaurant and Virginia National Bank.  As a minimum, just show up and show your support!  Please share with others who are interested.

Canvassing in Orange will follow the office opening.

COUNTING DOWN UNTIL THE ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 6!
